How would life change if you truly felt at home wherever you were?

Life is filled with transitions- from moving to a new city, changing careers, breakups, becoming a parent or a caretaker, reinventing yourself, leaving a religious community, etc. This affects friendships in a significant way. Connections may be harder to make and maintain for people who work from home, professionals with high stress jobs, or for someone who is dealing with some social anxiety or awkwardness that is getting in the way in social situations.

Most people seem to know that social connections are important, but that doesn’t necessarily mean they’ve got the practical skills to successfully create them in their lives. There’s a lot of generic friendship building advice out there, but there isn’t much that specifically target your unique challenges. Because this is a one on one coaching program, what we focus on is customized to you.

I’m Amy Bailey, Founder of Amy Bailey Coaching.

I love encouraging misfits to create meaningful friendships and habits for stress, creativity, and confidence. With a B.S. in Psychology and certification through the Ethical Coaching Collective, I specialize in Neurolinguistic Programming, somatic techniques, and hypnosis. After working together, my clients leave with practical tools to to rewire their brains, adapt to change, and live with self-compassion and self-trust.

Throughout my 20s and 30s, I’ve repeatedly had to redefine what belonging and connection looks like for me. This journey taught me a crucial lesson, the foundation of great friendships begin by being my own best friend first and consistently showing up for myself and others. As a work-from-home wife and mom of a preschooler, details like this can slip my mind pretty easily. One of my favorite habits is setting up reminders on my phone with alerts to tell me who I haven’t talked to in a while. Small gestures like this keep me connected to my people. Thanks to technology, I don’t have to have an amazing memory to make it happen on a regular basis.

Luckily, I’ve created the Friendship Fix to help you create more meaningful friendships and relationships.

If you’re looking for practical tools for connection, increased confidence in social situations, visualizations using hypnosis and guided mediations to help you create change within yourself on the deepest, unconscious levels, accountability and support while following through with your action plan, and guidance while moving through uncertainty and change, this is for you.
